Eman’s practice is devoted to understanding the personal needs of his clients and diligently advocating on their behalf. He is a natural problem solver and negotiator, which led him to a career in civil litigation.
After close to a decade at one of Canada’s preeminent litigation boutiques, Eman earned a reputation for being an experienced, determined and enthusiastic lawyer for his clients in both negotiation settings, and at various tribunals and levels of Court.
Throughout his career, Eman’s primary motivation in each case has revolved around providing pragmatic advice to help his clients navigate the often complex and confusing litigation process. He isn’t satisfied until his client feels heard and understands the direction of the case at hand. Beyond this, Eman understands that cost-effective solutions are of utmost importance to his clients. His sound judgment, business and legal acumen ensures that his clients’ best interests are at the forefront in every matter.
Eman earned his Law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and his MBA at the Schulich School of Business. Eman speaks Farsi and is pleased to assist clients requiring communication in this language.
